I agree to Archbishop Angel Lagdameo (in a Manila Standard article entitled, ‘Church hits plan to buy P1b worth of ‘protection”), as the current vocal and visible ‘representative’ of the Catholic Church in artificial contraceptive issues, in his position to re-channel the budget (amounting to P1 Billion) for ‘protection’ towards the venue in helping the ‘poor and the hungry.’
